Description: Broccoli microgreens are tender and sweet. They have all of the full broccoli flavor without being bitter. Micro Broccoli can be enjoyed raw in salads, as a garnish, prepared in soup and even omelets.

Interesting facts:

  • The word broccoli originated from the Italian word broccolo meaning “the flowering top of a cabbage”.
  • Broccoli can be traced back 2,000 years to a wild cabbage plant.
  • Broccoli is in he same family as cabbage, cauliflower, collard greens, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, kale and Chinese broccoli.
