Our greens and lettuces are packed to satisfy the needs of our customers. Packages include:
Head Lettuce
Butterhead, Lollo Rossa and Red Oak are grown to full-size heads. Butterhead is packed in 12-count boxes of rigid containers, poly bags and loose pack. Lollo Rossa and Red Oak are packed in 12-count boxes of poly bags.
Baby Greens and Lettuces
We package the following greens and lettuces individually in two-pound boxes. Roots attached.

Spring Mix
Our spring mix is available in three-pound boxes. The mix typically includes the following baby greens and lettuces, all picked at optimum size. The combination is an exciting, red flavorful mix.

Micro Greens: Mixed or Individual
Micro greens are harvested when the plants are less than two inches tall to make a mix of small tasty greens. Our micro green mix is packed in one-pound boxes and normally consists of:

Custom Mixes
We provide individual chefs with custom mixes and special orders, catering to their particular preferences as to taste, texture and color.
Fresh Herbs
We currently grow 25 herbs using methods designed to develop full flavor. Some of our perennial herb beds are over four years old.
